Eden French
Eden French
Eden's yoga journey began nearly 9 years ago in the summer of 2015 when they attended their first yoga class with a group of friends as part of a 30th birthday party. It was love at first bend; they were hooked. Fast forward to 2018 when they decided to take their love of yoga to the next level and become a yoga instructor. Eden believes yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of body type or age. In their teaching, it is their intention to guide students on a journey to a deeper physical and self-awareness. Many come to the mat with preconceived notions that to “do yoga,” one must be very flexible, very strong, and very calm, when these are, in fact, the effects of the practice. Eden endeavors to guide students away from preconceived notions that the students may have about their own flexibility and strength toward a self-compassion that allows them to accept their own uniqueness. That's why it is called a "yoga practice," not a "yoga perfect."
