Our classes are designed for all ages, abilities, and backgroundsā€”because yoga really is for everyone. With affordable options and a variety of styles, thereā€™s something for every mood and need, from energizing Vinyasa flows to soothing, restorative Yin sessions.

How to Pay and Register for a class

  3. Choose either:
    • "Pay to dropin" for a single class
    • "Purchase classes" for multiple sessions
  4. Your existing membership or class credits will be automatically applied

  • What should I bring?

    Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. We have a handful of low cost mats available for sale if you need.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

  • What facilities do you offer?

    We have a spacious bathroom that can be used to change, and cubbies for your belongings. We do not have showers.

  • What if Iā€™m not flexible?

    Yoga is not about being flexible. Itā€™s about being present and connecting with your body. Our classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility over time.

  • What if Iā€™m new to yoga?

    Our classes are open to all levels. Our instructors will provide modifications and variations to help you find a practice that works for you.

  • What if I have an injury?

    Let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.

  • What if Iā€™m pregnant?

    Let your instructor know if you are pregnant. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.

  • What if Iā€™m running late?

    Our doors open 15 minutes before class. If you arrive after class has started, please be conscious of the other students and enter quietly.

  • What if I need to leave early?

    Let your instructor know before class. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.
