Meet Emily, a seasoned 200 RYT yoga instructor with a passion for Vinyasa and fusion practices. With 5 years of teaching experience, Emily creates classes that seamlessly blend movement and mindfulness, offering a holistic journey toward inner peace and tension release. She integrates her knowledge of meditation and Emotional Freedom Techniques to foster a unique experience that cultivates mind, body and spirit.

Jaimie Adkins

Jaimie Adkins

Jaimie received her 200-hour RYT in 2018 as well as a level 1 RYT in 2010, both through Yoga Alliance, and is certified to teach Vinyasa, Bikram-method, Hatha, Ashtanga and Beginners Aerial Yoga. She is also on her journey to complete her RYT 500 hours with a special focus into Yin yoga, advanced Hatha, and meditation. Jaimie brings innovative yoga techniques to curate classes for practitioners of all levels. An avid traveler & holistic festival organizer, Jaimie also brings robust influences of practices from around the world.

Tiffany is an RYT 200, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Big Heart Meditation teacher, and Reiki Master Teacher. She believes that moving with the breath is the best way to drop into the body, slow down and let go. She looks forward to guiding you to tune in, take a big inhale, and be in the moment.

Yoli is a dedicated 200-hour yoga instructor with over two decades of personal yoga experience. She obtained her certification in 2022, and now she joyfully shares the transformative benefits of yoga and mindfulness with both school aged children and adults. As a public school educator, she combines her love for yoga and teaching to inspire others on their wellness journey.

Ken Mather

Ken received his 200-Hour RYT in Denver, Colorado in 2012. As an avid snowboarder, mountainbiker, and rock climber, Ken was initially drawn to yoga to gain more flexibility and strength. As his practice progressed he found a deeper connection to yoga, a connection he felt compelled to share. Ken's approach to yoga is to keep it simple and accessible. With focus on breathing, releasing stress and finding space in body and mind, Ken welcomes students of all levels to share this transformational experience.

Toni Ferrarie

Toni Ferrarie, RYT500, E-RYT, YACEP “I am so excited to join Zen Den and work with this wonderful community of teachers and students as we grow in our practices together. I specialize in working with advanced students and those walking into their first yoga class. We will discuss the foundations of the practice and learn how yoga can be incorporated into your lives to support overall wellness and joy. Join me and let’s practice together!” Toni is a certified yoga instructor, meeting Yoga Alliance standards as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and a yoga education provider. She is certified in classical yoga including Ashtanga, Tantra, Vinyasa and Hatha. She is a certified teacher of Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra as well as a certified Ayurveda practitioner and a certified mediation instructor. She has taught at yoga festivals including Sedona Yoga Festival in Arizona and OM Yoga Festival in Vermont. She is a retreat leader and takes the practice off the mat and into the world!

Sabrina Dei Medici

Sabrina Dei Medici

Early on, Sabrina developed a deep passion for healing and finding balance for her mind, body, and spirit. Sabrina has been teaching yoga since 2002. She has gained a 300-hour RYT certification in Hatha yoga, with qigong, and a certification in meditation. Sabrina is also an artist and teaches art for wellness. With her combined knowledge of wellness and creativity, Sabrina was inspired to teach an easy-flowing, combined class that includes yoga, qigong (pronounced chee-gong), and meditation. Qigong is an ancient exercise and healing technique that increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body with gentle movement and by learning how to stimulate your acupressure points. Sabrina's calm demeanor, gentle guidance, and unique approach allows her to teach and introduce students to explore multiple ways to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.

  • What should I bring?

    Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. For Hot yoga classes we highly suggest bringing an extra towel. We have a handful of low cost mats available for sale if you need.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. We recommend bringing a towel for the hot yoga sessions.

  • What facilities do you offer?

    We have a spacious bathroom that can be used to change, and cubbies for your belongings. We do not have showers.

  • What if I’m not flexible?

    Yoga is not about being flexible. It’s about being present and connecting with your body. Our classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility over time.

  • What if I’m new to yoga?

    Our classes are open to all levels. Our instructors will provide modifications and variations to help you find a practice that works for you.

  • What if I have an injury?

    Let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations before class. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.

  • What if I’m pregnant?

    Let your instructor know if you are pregnant. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.

  • What if I’m running late?

    Our doors open 15 minutes before class. If you arrive after class has started, please be conscious of the other students and enter quietly.

  • What if I need to leave early?

    Let your instructor know before class. They will provide modifications to help you practice safely.
